Terms of Use
These Terms of Use are the custom EULA for Orbicam on iPhone and Android. Use this URL in App Store Connect (Privacy / Terms of Use for auto-renewable subscriptions) and as the Google Play Terms of Service. iOS purchases are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and Orbitensa LLC (“Orbitensa,” “we”) for the Orbicam mobile app (bundle / package com.orbitensa.orbicam) and this website. By downloading, installing, or using Orbicam you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The license
Orbicam is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for recording and exporting your own video, subject to these Terms and the store rules of Apple or Google.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law. You may not use Orbicam to build a competing dual-camera product from our native camera engine.
No account
Orbicam does not require a login. There is no Orbitensa cloud library. Clips live on the device until you share or delete them. You are responsible for backing up files you care about.
Acceptable use
You must follow the law where you record. Dual camera captures a face and a scene in one take. Do not record other people without any consent the law requires. Do not use Orbicam for harassment, hidden recording where it is illegal, child sexual abuse material, or any content the App Store or Google Play forbid.
We may refuse support or terminate the license if you use the app in a way that would get the listing pulled.
In-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions
Orbicam is free to download with a recording limit (45 seconds per take, 90 seconds per day, two takes) and an ORBICAM badge on export. Pro unlocks unlimited time, removes the badge, and on iOS keeps discrete front and back files.
Pro is sold only as Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing, mediated by RevenueCat. We do not take card numbers on this website. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Pro Monthly: auto-renewing subscription, billed every month at the price shown in the paywall at purchase (US list $4.99 unless Apple or Google localise it)
- Pro Annual: auto-renewing subscription, billed every year at the price shown in the paywall (US list $39.99 unless localised)
- Pro Lifetime: one-time in-app purchase (US list $79.99 unless localised), not a subscription
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription
- Restore Purchases is available in the app. Unused portions of a free period, if any, are forfeited when you purchase Pro
Honest product claims
Simultaneous dual camera tops out at 1080p on current Apple MultiCam hardware. We do not advertise 4K dual camera. 60 fps is a Pro option when the session can hold it. Iron Stream may drop 60→30→24 if the phone gets hot, and may stop the take if the system is critical. Phones that cannot run two cameras get a single camera and a warning. Do not treat store screenshots as a guarantee of 4K, GPS overlays, or Dual Capture-only iPhone 17 hardware.
Intellectual property
Orbitensa and Orbicam names, marks, and the app UI are ours. Video you record is yours. You grant us no license to your footage because we never receive it, unless you attach a file to a support email.
Disclaimer of warranties
Orbicam is provided “as is.” Dual camera depends on device hardware, OS thermal state, and store APIs we do not control. We do not warrant uninterrupted recording, that every Android phone can run two cameras, or that a take will survive a crash. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitensa LLC is not liable for lost footage, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the app or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to Orbicam will not exceed the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars if you have not paid.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence where that cannot be excluded.
Apple and Google terms
On iOS, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the licensed application. If these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA conflict on a point Apple requires, Apple’s EULA controls that point. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. You and Orbitensa — not Apple — are responsible for product claims, legal compliance, and intellectual-property claims relating to Orbicam.
On Android, Google Play’s Terms of Service and Payments Policy apply to billing. Paid features must go through Google Play Billing. We do not sell Pro on the web.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms on this page. Continued use after the date in the header is acceptance of the new Terms. We may stop offering the app or a Pro SKU. If we discontinue a subscription product, remaining paid time is handled under Apple or Google rules.
You may stop using Orbicam at any time. Cancel subscriptions in the store, not by deleting the app. We may terminate the license if you breach these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Orbitensa LLC is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court in your county, and nothing here limits consumer rights you cannot waive in your country of residence.
