Who we are

Orbitensa LLC publishes Orbicam (bundle / package com.orbitensa.orbicam) for iPhone and Android. The store listing title is “Orbicam: Dual Camera Vlog.” If this policy and the product disagree, the in-app behaviour wins — write us and we will correct this page.

The Orbicam app

The iPhone and Android apps are designed so you can record and export without creating an Orbicam account. Video and photos you capture stay on the device unless you share them through the system share sheet or save them to Photos / Gallery.

Permissions the app requests

The app only asks for access it needs to record, save, or caption. You can refuse a permission in iOS Settings or Android app settings; the matching feature then stays off.

What we collect — and what we do not

This mapping is what you should expect in App Store privacy labels and Google Play Data safety. We do not copy “Data Not Collected” while in-app purchases are on.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pro is sold as in-app purchase on the App Store and Google Play (monthly, annual, and lifetime). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Monthly and annual plans auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime is a one-time unlock.

Manage or cancel auto-renewal in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Restore Purchases is in the Orbicam app. Prices shown in the store listing and paywall are the current offer; taxes and local pricing follow Apple and Google.

This website

The marketing site does not run a sign-up or mailing-list form. If you write to the contact address below, we receive that email so we can answer you. We do not sell those messages.

The site may use strictly necessary cookies. We do not run advertising pixels on this page today. If that changes, this policy will change first.

Third parties

Apple and Google process store billing under their own terms. RevenueCat processes entitlement status so the app can unlock unlimited time, remove the export badge, and keep discrete front and back files on iOS. Crash tools, if enabled, receive anonymised diagnostics. None of those parties get your camera roll from us, because we never receive it.

Children

Orbicam is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, write to us and we will delete that correspondence.

Your choices

Because the app has no account, there is nothing to “download your data” from Orbitensa for recordings — the files are already on your phone. You can delete clips in the gallery, revoke permissions in system settings, and restore or cancel purchases through Apple or Google.

If you are in a region with additional privacy rights (for example the EEA, UK, or California) and you have emailed us, you can ask for access, correction, or deletion of that correspondence. We will respond to the contact email below.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We will post updates on this page and change the date in the header. Material changes to how the app handles media will also be reflected in App Store privacy nutrition labels and Google Play Data safety.
